Yesterday we decided to take advantage of the low tide and crisp fall weather and drive out to Bolinas to explore the tidepools at Agate Beach. What an amazing place! A huge stretch of pools is host to a million cracks and crevices and endless amounts of little living things. Sea snails, mussels, tiny crabs, sea anemones, starfish - a little boy could explore for hours. He would have if we had arrived earlier, but once the sun started to set and the evening chill set in, it was time to head home.
